As a result of an exhaustive internal and external analysis carried out in conjunction with the entire FMV management team, seven Strategic Objectives were proposed:
The Directory is the highest organ of the Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A. account with the most extensive powers of legal representation and management, necessary for the administration of the Fondo MIVIVIENDA.
It is composed of:

Responsible for the strategic direction of the institution and for ensuring the fulfillment of the social objectives of the Fondo Mivivienda, in coordination with the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Sanitation.





The General Management is responsible for the implementation and immediate administration of the FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A. according to their aims and policies established. The General Manager enjoys the powers and duties set out in the social status, in the General Law on societies, and who you are conferring or delegated by the Board.
The General Management depends directly on the Directory and is configured as an executive body of greater hierarchy within the organizational structure of the FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A.
