The Board of Directors is the governing body of Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A. responsible for establishing general policies, defining strategic objectives, and overseeing all necessary actions for the proper development of the institution, in accordance with the sustainability and fulfillment of Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A.'s mission.
The Board of Directors is composed of seven (07) members elected by the General Shareholders’ Meeting of the institution, based on the criteria of professional, technical, and ethical suitability established in the Board of Directors Regulations of Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A., as well as in the directives, policies, and guidelines issued by the National Fund for Financing State Business Activity (FONAFE).
The operation of the Board of Directors and the performance of its functions are governed by the provisions established in Law No. 26887, the General Corporations Law; FONAFE’s Corporate Business Management Directive, approved by Board Resolution No. 003-2018/006-FONAFE; the Articles of Incorporation of Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A., approved by FONAFE Board Resolution No. 004-2005/016-FONAFE and its amendments; the Board of Directors Regulations of Fondo MIVIVIENDA S.A., approved by the Minutes of the General Shareholders’ Meeting dated September 26, 2019; and other applicable laws, as well as related guidelines and policies issued by FONAFE.

The General Management is responsible for the implementation and immediate administration of the FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A. according to their aims and policies established. The General Manager enjoys the powers and duties set out in the social status, in the General Law on societies, and who you are conferring or delegated by the Board.
The General Management depends directly on the Directory and is configured as an executive body of greater hierarchy within the organizational structure of the FONDO MIVIVIENDA S.A.
